Crimson offers a case intelligence platform that draws on case files to analyze evidence, answer questions about cases and assist users with drafting documents. The platform includes case management features, tools to assess discrepancies in factual allegations, and integrations with iManage, NetDocuments, OneDrive, SharePoint and Outlook. The company plans to expand in the U.S., opening a New York office to support that growth. Crimson was founded in 2025 and is led by co-founders Mark Feldner (CEO) and David Strömbäck (CTO). The startup participated in Y Combinator’s spring 2025 cohort and is part of Fuse, A&O Shearman’s legal tech incubator. Financially, Crimson announced a $2.5 million seed round to fund product, engineering, customer-team growth and deeper integrations with law firm systems.
