  • HUD

    Participated · Series A · Jun 2026

HUD provides a platform for building high-quality post-training datasets and reinforcement-learning environments. More than 50 businesses use HUD to create RL environments, sell those environments to AI labs, or train their own models from them. The company positions itself as infrastructure for data — both digital and physical — to help align AIs to specific goals and enable a generation of applications built on prior-generation models. HUD announced it has raised $16M in total funding, backed by institutional investors and angels. The company’s announcement did not disclose revenue, user growth metrics beyond the 50+ business customers, founding year, or location.

  • Crimson

    Participated · Seed · May 2026

Crimson offers a case intelligence platform that draws on case files to analyze evidence, answer questions about cases and assist users with drafting documents. The platform includes case management features, tools to assess discrepancies in factual allegations, and integrations with iManage, NetDocuments, OneDrive, SharePoint and Outlook. The company plans to expand in the U.S., opening a New York office to support that growth. Crimson was founded in 2025 and is led by co-founders Mark Feldner (CEO) and David Strömbäck (CTO). The startup participated in Y Combinator’s spring 2025 cohort and is part of Fuse, A&O Shearman’s legal tech incubator. Financially, Crimson announced a $2.5 million seed round to fund product, engineering, customer-team growth and deeper integrations with law firm systems.

  • Mintlify

    Participated · Series B · Apr 2026

Mintlify provides documentation and a knowledge layer intended for AI agents, positioning docs as operational infrastructure rather than static content. The company reports powering docs for more than 20,000 companies, including customers such as Microsoft, Anthropic, Coinbase, and PayPal, and reaching over 100 million people per year. Mintlify says that over 50% of traffic across its customer base is now from AI agents, which it uses to justify pivoting documentation toward agent-queryable, machine-readable knowledge. The firm frames its roadmap around building the “knowledge infrastructure” that keeps agent reasoning grounded and knowledge sources fresh and verifiable. The recent $45M Series B at a $500M valuation led by Andreessen Horowitz and Salesforce Ventures is intended to accelerate that work. No revenue, founding year, or location details were provided in the source material.

  • Mosaic

    Participated · Seed · Apr 2026

Mosaic builds AI-driven video editing agents and a platform called Canvas that aims to enable scalable, customizable video workflow automation. Canvas introduces a non-traditional interface designed for high-volume workflows, supports custom nodes for niche use cases, and integrates with existing media asset managers (MAMs) and non-linear editors (NLEs). The product is already in production with media and news customers and Mosaic highlights partnerships with TubeScience and News Corp; one customer reported tripling vertical video output during a pilot. Mosaic says Canvas can scale to handle volumes such as 8K videos per month and is positioned as infrastructure rather than a chat-based editor. The company plans to use its seed funding to add headcount in San Francisco and continue R&D on multimodal AI and agentic editing.
