CroíValve is developing the DUO System, a novel transcatheter heart valve that preserves native anatomy and works in tandem with the tricuspid valve to restore function while avoiding contact with critical right-heart structures. The DUO Adapt System features an adaptive coaptation valve designed to fill larger and complex leaks and has shown early clinical use treating leaks up to 35mm with significant reduction in tricuspid regurgitation. The device is investigational and not for sale in any geography. CroíValve plans to expand its TANDEM II prospective, multicenter study across additional US and EU sites to further evaluate safety and performance, building on 15 patients already treated. The company recently expanded its Series B financing and secured grant funding to support this clinical expansion, and has R&D and operations in Ireland with clinical and regulatory functions in the US.
