Overview
Fetcher provides a full-service recruiting automation platform that blends machine learning with human intelligence to generate curated batches of candidates for open roles. Its platform integrates with dozens of applicant tracking systems as well as Gmail and Outlook, and includes a one-click Chrome extension for manual sourcing on LinkedIn. The product automates outreach sequences and offers analytics to track top-of-funnel performance at individual, team, position, and company levels. Fetcher works with hundreds of companies, including Behr Paint, Albertson’s, Foursquare, and Shutterstock. Led by CEO Andres Blank, the company plans to use new funding to expand qualified candidate pipelines, add outreach and diversity analytics, CRM functionality, and global sourcing support, and to continue international growth. The company has raised $40M in total capital to date. Fetcher is a New York startup (originally known as Scout) that automates parts of recruiters’ workflows, primarily candidate sourcing and initial outreach, while keeping a human-in-the-loop for follow-up conversations. The platform targets more-accurate, targeted outreach that the company says yields strong response rates and helps build more diverse pipelines. A cited case study with Frame.io credits Fetcher with helping hire 11 people in under 12 months, nine of whom were women and/or underrepresented minorities. Fetcher reported that its revenue has increased every month since July of last year. The company currently employs about 80 people and plans to double headcount by the end of the year. Management says it will use the investment to build additional analytics (including diversity analytics) and CRM tools. Fetcher is an outbound recruiting platform that combines AI with human expertise to automate candidate sourcing and personalized outreach for high-growth companies. Its system discovers qualified candidates across professional networks, finds the best point of contact and composes personalized emails ready to send. The platform syncs with customers' Gmail or Outlook accounts so recruiters and hiring managers can launch outreach and follow-up campaigns. Users include Peloton, Paperless Post, Equinox, AppNexus, Bridgestone and DigitalOcean. Fetcher was co-founded by CEO Andres Blank and Genevieve Jurvetson and its team includes senior hires such as Scott Fowle (CRO) and Korneel Bouman (CCO). The company raised $5.4M in seed funding and plans to use the proceeds to scale its Data Science and Engineering teams.
