Overview
G20 Ventures provides early traction capital for East Coast enterprise tech startups, backed by the power and expertise of 20 of the Northeast's most accomplished entrepreneurs. We look for great teams in love with big problems. Our focus is generally on early-stage, East Coast, and enterprise software, especially virtual infrastructure and cloud-based solutions. We prefer technology risk to market risk, and won't generally invest in 100% consumer-facing businesses. We get that great teams are built over time, but typically look for a core team (at least 2 people) that includes a technologist with experience building solutions similar to the one being proposed, and a business person who really understands the buyer and how to reach them. We like to see a product in market, and some early customer validation. Our sweet spot investment is $2-5 million in Series A. We reserve capital for every earlier stage deal we do, meaning we want to be with you all the way.

- ReFiBuy
Participated · Seed · May 2026
ReFiBuy develops infrastructure that transforms product catalogs so they can be evaluated, compared, and recommended by AI agents. The company describes its work as creating Agentic Commerce Optimization to bridge the gap between current retailer catalogs and agent-driven purchasing workflows. Its product aims to make product data machine-usable for discovery and purchase decisions on AI platforms. ReFiBuy announced an oversubscribed $13.6M Seed raise, providing its current financial runway. The company presented the funding as a response to most brands and retailers not being ready for agentic commerce and as a way to help them adapt.
- Brandlight
Participated · Series A · Feb 2026
Brandlight, founded in October 2024, has built a proprietary platform that tracks and analyzes billions of AI-generated signals across the customer journey, giving marketing, PR, content, and media teams clear recommendations for how to appear in AI search results and forthcoming AI-native ad formats. The system is already used by hundreds of global brands, including Fortune 500 companies such as Kimberly-Clark, LG, The Hartford, and Estée Lauder. As AI collapses discovery, media, and conversion into a single surface, Brandlight positions itself as the operating system that lets CMOs treat “AI visibility” as a dedicated budget line and measurable discipline. The product offers real-time monitoring of brand mentions on platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini, sentiment analysis, and identification of influential content sources, enabling brands to proactively influence how AI models present their narratives. With AI-native advertising emerging as a multi-trillion-dollar channel, the company plans to extend its tooling from AI search into AI ads and commerce. The newly raised capital will fund further platform development and global scaling. Although revenue figures were not disclosed, adoption by dozens of Fortune 500 firms signals strong early traction.
- MaiaEdge
Led · Series A · Feb 2026
MaiaEdge provides purpose-built carrier infrastructure that combines its Path Border Controller hardware with a cloud-based Path Computation Engine to automate private path provisioning between multiple network operators in minutes. The platform enables operators to extend reach, preserve customer ownership, and maintain full control over security, policy, and SLAs while supporting high-throughput, low-latency connectivity needed for distributed AI inference and enterprise cloud adoption. Early customers are deploying the system globally—IENTC Telecom, for example, is standardizing on MaiaEdge and asking partners to do the same. The company is led by alumni of Acme Packet and 128 Technology and is headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts. Its solution is commercially available today. MaiaEdge has raised a $20 million Series A round to accelerate rollout of this federated networking infrastructure. No revenue or user figures were disclosed in the announcement.
- Cork
Participated · Seed · Jan 2026
Cork is building a protocol that supplies tokenized risk infrastructure, enabling standardized pricing, market-driven hedging, and redemption-liquidity backstops for on-chain assets such as vault tokens, yield-bearing stablecoins, liquid (re)staking tokens, and real-world assets. The system lets asset managers and issuers spin up custom swap markets to enhance redemption liquidity, improve risk transparency, and bolster market confidence. Its composable risk primitives integrate directly with ERC-4626 vaults and other yield-bearing ERC-20 assets, making risk management a native, programmable component of on-chain finance. Future plans include bringing the company’s first risk markets into production, expanding integrations with vault and asset issuers, and supporting regulated product pathways. Cork has secured $5.5 million in seed funding to finance these initiatives, providing the capital base for continued product development and market launch.
- Temple
Participated · Seed · Oct 2025
Temple Digital Group is developing an institutional-grade trading stack that combines traditional electronic market features—such as automated order routing, all-to-all liquidity and post-trade reporting—with blockchain innovations like instant settlement, non-custodial wallets and tokenization. Built on the privacy-preserving Canton Network, the platform is designed to offer 24/7 compliant markets that integrate seamlessly with the broader digital-asset economy. The company is led by CEO Evan Varsamis and CSO Dan Simerman, who bring deep experience in trading systems and decentralized networks. With its recent seed financing, Temple plans to extend support to additional asset classes, financial instruments and cross-chain integrations. Canton Network already processes trillions in monthly volume for partners such as Goldman Sachs and BNP Paribas, giving Temple a robust institutional foundation. Financially, Temple has raised $5 million to date, and no revenue or user figures have been disclosed. Headquartered in New York, the startup positions itself as a core trading engine for institutions entering digital asset markets.
