- Ruli
Participated · Seed · Nov 2025
Ruli.ai has built a legal intelligence system that continuously learns from a company’s internal data and the global regulatory landscape to deliver real-time, context-aware guidance. Tailored for in-house counsel, the platform integrates into existing workflows such as Microsoft Word and internal document repositories, enabling faster contract review, streamlined compliance, and reduced reliance on outside counsel. Key modules include a real-time AI assistant, a contract-redlining tool, and an upcoming intelligent archive. The company’s leadership combines alumni from Google, Meta, and top law firms, giving it both technical depth and legal domain expertise. Ruli.ai plans to use its latest capital to expand the team, accelerate product development, and drive market adoption of its legal intelligence suite. Former Pinterest General Counsel Michele Lee has joined the advisory board, adding seasoned corporate governance experience. To date, the San Francisco-based startup has raised $8 million, including the newly announced $6 million seed round.
- Acelab
Participated · Series A · Oct 2025
Acelab offers a cloud-based Material Hub that acts as an always-on specification expert, parsing data from more than 150,000 building products to recommend materials based on climate, performance, and budget constraints. The platform aggregates technical specs, pricing, sustainability metrics, and code-compliance data in one workspace and includes collaboration tools for architects, contractors, and owners. Automation features generate Revit drawings, specifications, and schedules, while in-platform messaging connects users directly with manufacturers for support. Acelab currently serves over 20,000 architecture and design firms and counts half of the global top 100 firms—including Gensler, AECOM, Stantec, and CannonDesign—among its customers. Management is already scoping expansion into adjacent markets such as interior design, engineering, and infrastructure. With the new capital, the team plans to deepen its AI capabilities, integrate with major design software, and enter additional geographic markets. Including the latest raise, the company has secured more than $25 million in total funding to date.

- FINDMINE
Participated · Series A · Apr 2024
FindMine builds AI-driven styling and outfitting technology that generates outfits, shoppable content and editorialized product recommendations for retailers and brands. Its tech combines discriminative machine-learning models, vector databases and generative AI visualizations to understand products and create shoppable experiences from messy, unstructured brand data. The company says its technology directly powers $89 million in retailer and brand revenue annually and drives nearly $1 billion in downstream annual revenue through FindMine-generated content. Clients include Adidas (an early adopter), Lululemon, Lands’ End, DXL, Annie Bing, Vineyard Vines and French retailer CFOC, spanning the U.S., Canada, Europe and Japan. Founded in 2014 and taking on clients from 2016, FindMine emphasizes building its own models and infrastructure rather than relying on human-in-the-loop systems. Investors and partners cite the product’s ability to ingest unstructured data and scale outfit curation as key benefits for driving engagement, margin and inventory outcomes. FindMine builds predictive-intelligence and analytics technology that uses merchant sales data and AI to help brands predict trends, manage inventory, and automate content creation. The company’s platform generates highly-produced, curated editorial and visual shoppable assets in milliseconds for use across websites, campaigns, social media, emails and in stores. FindMine serves beauty, apparel and home brands, including Adidas, Perry Ellis, Reebok and Cole Haan. Leadership says the product improves top-line revenue via larger shopping carts and longer customer lifecycles while helping merchants improve profitability and gross margins through better inventory and logistics management. The firm positions its solution as a scalable alternative to one-to-one personalization by automating bespoke content at scale. FindMine plans to continue developing its AI-powered content engine and machine-learning capabilities and to use new data sets to better locate inventory along the supply chain and reduce split shipments. Its technology is marketed to help brands maintain visibility with customers and drive revenue and loyalty.
