Overview
FiT operates LifeFit, a 24-hour unmanned fitness gym service whose app handles enrollment, usage, points and crowd-checking; membership starts at ¥3,058 per month (tax incl.) with no admission fee. The company collects in-gym behavior data and runs a proprietary "Kenko Point" rewards program to encourage habit formation and improve retention. As of August 2025 FiT runs 161 stores nationwide while offering low-cost facilities and app-linked crowd-visibility to raise continued usage. FiT has secured a ¥1.5 billion debt financing package (including lending lines) from Kyoto Bank and other Kansai regional banks and megabanks to fund expansion. The capital will be used for a mix of company-owned dominant-area openings and franchise rollouts, and FiT plans to grow LifeFit to 250 stores by the end of 2025. The company has previously raised seed and Series A financing from XTech Ventures, THE SEED, W ventures and individual investor Fumiaki Koizumi.
