Launched at MIT, the company targets sophisticated quantitative traders and platform developers seeking consolidated access to fragmented liquidity across exchanges and non‑exchange venues. With the new capital, FPG plans to aggressively expand its engineering staff and acquire additional U.S. regulatory licenses to broaden the jurisdictions it can serve.
