Shippers, logistics providers, insurers, financial institutions, and government agencies use the platform for carrier sourcing, underwriting, and oversight; current customers include J.B. Hunt, Werner Enterprises, AIPSO, and the Jacksonville Port Authority. The technology has also assisted federal and state law-enforcement agencies in cases involving sex trafficking and narcotics smuggling. GenLogs plans to use fresh capital to expand its sensor network and enhance its AI capabilities for broader industry adoption. The company has raised a total of $81 million to date but has not disclosed revenue or headcount figures.
