HULO.ai is a Dutch water-technology company that combines artificial intelligence with physics-based models to identify, localise, and prioritise leaks and other anomalies in drinking-water infrastructure. Its hardware-agnostic SaaS platform ingests pressure and flow data already collected by utilities, eliminating the need for new sensors or district-metered areas and enabling rapid, scalable deployments. By converting reactive leak hunting into proactive, data-driven management, HULO targets the 30 % of treated water currently lost worldwide through ageing networks. The company operates in the Netherlands, wider EU, the UK, and has begun entering Latin America. Management claims that, at scale, the technology could help save more than four million Olympic-size swimming pools of water annually by 2030. Proceeds from its latest financing will expand AI capabilities, network analytics, cybersecurity features, and customer-success resources to accelerate global roll-out. HULO’s business model is subscription-based software, and the recent seed infusion brings total external funding to at least €2.3 million.
