InfiniNode is a Chalmers University of Technology spin-out based in Gothenburg that develops licensable semiconductor IP for efficient on-chip data movement. Its technologies target interconnect and memory-subsystem challenges in RISC-V, multicore and chiplet-based System-on-Chip designs used in AI and high-performance computing. The company focuses on delivering scalable, low-latency and energy-efficient communication between processors, accelerators and memory to improve system performance and reduce SoC design complexity. With the newly secured €2 million in combined investment and grant funding, InfiniNode plans to expand its IP portfolio, deepen customer engagements and scale commercial operations.
