Innoship is a Bucharest-based SaaS platform, founded in 2019, that aggregates and orchestrates multiple last-mile delivery options for retail and e-commerce companies. Its platform integrates with major e-commerce platforms, warehouse management systems, ERPs, fulfillment services and marketplaces in Romania and the region to help retailers manage courier contracts and offer multiple delivery and shipping options. Innoship says it streamlines courier costs by up to 25% and increases delivery performance by up to 15%. The company implemented its solution for first customers in early 2020 and currently manages approximately 20,000 daily orders. Founding partners Daniel Nicolae, Andrei Paul, Dan Ungureanu and Robert Tănase have experience at Orange, Penny and Urgent Cargus; Cătălin Grigorescu joined in 2020 as an investor and advisor. The startup plans to use its recent seed funding to accelerate adoption among Romanian retailers, begin internationalization and speed development of new platform functionalities.
