Overview
InnoSIGN commercializes the OncoSIGNal mRNA-based tests that measure activity of signal transduction pathways in cancer and immune cells to predict response to targeted drugs. Its OncoSIGNal qPCR 7-pathway test is available for Research-Use-Only and runs on conventional PCR machines combined with cloud-based data analysis software. The company leverages a proprietary database with more than 100,000 pathway activity profiles to support diagnostics and drug development. Proceeds from the financing will support additional clinical validation studies and a US market launch. InnoSIGN Inc. is a US-based company that will retain its leading R&D facility at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Philips developed OncoSIGNal at Philips Research and retains a minority stake in the spun-out company.
