Overview

Founded in 2024 by former Qonto Germany head Lukas Zörner and ex-Finleap CTO Anil Can Baykal, Integral is developing a software platform that unifies bookkeeping, tax consulting, and payroll for small and medium-sized enterprises across Europe. The company positions itself as a comprehensive back-office solution aimed at streamlining compliance and financial administration for its clients. In conjunction with its latest fundraise, Integral disclosed the acquisition of Cleverlohn, a 2021-founded bookkeeping platform, to accelerate product expansion. The startup has now raised €5.6 million in fresh capital, adding to a prior €6.3 million round backed by the same institutional investors and several business angels. General Catalyst previously held roughly a 16 % ownership stake in the company. The newly secured funds will be directed toward iterative product development in close collaboration with customers and toward scaling Integral’s team in Germany. Although the firm has not yet released revenue or user metrics, its rapid capital accumulation underscores investor confidence in its vision to modernize SME back-office workflows throughout Europe.
