INTELITY provides a fully integrated hospitality guest experience and staff management platform that unites mobile, in-room, and operational tools. The platform offers branded mobile apps with full mobile check-in and check-out, ID, health and safety, payments, keyless entry, and smart-room tablets, alongside a back-office Guest Experience Management System (GEMS) for staff operations. GEMS includes robust ticketing and staff operations tooling, automates daily operations, helps manage incremental revenue streams, and integrates with over 100 other hospitality tech providers. The company says it is utilized in more than 70 countries across six continents, serves thousands of customers, and has been designated Forbes Travel Guide's "Official Guest Engagement and Staff Management Platform Provider." INTELITY announced $5 million in strategic growth capital that leadership says will be used to strengthen and modernize the platform. Steve Proctor, who brings more than 25 years of software industry experience, was named CEO and will focus on modernization and product innovation to align the product with customer needs. Intelity offers a hospitality technology platform for hotels, casinos, cruise lines and luxury residential markets to manage guest experience and staff operations. The platform includes more than 120 certified, discrete integrations and technology partnerships. The company is led by CEO Robert Stevenson and President and COO David Adelson. In 2018 Intelity merged with KEYPR to expand its offering. Intelity secured $44M in funding to support continued expansion. Management says the proceeds will be used to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
