Intello is a New York City–based SaaS management platform focused on giving IT, finance, and security teams better visibility into SaaS sprawl. The product has evolved from identifying which SaaS products a company uses to adding compliance capabilities and spend optimization, including mapping unused products and licenses. Recent updates enable mapping of redundant applications and the ability to change, add, or remove third-party application licenses. The platform integrates with single sign-on providers Okta and OneLogin and offers more than two dozen out-of-the-box integrations, including Salesforce, Box, Zendesk, Google, Slack, and Office 365. Intello plans to use the new funds to build dozens more integrations with a goal of reaching 100 integrations by the end of the year. The company has 12 employees and about 900 companies using its free and paid versions. Intello provides an end-to-end SaaS optimization platform that creates a single system of record for managing SaaS applications through direct integrations with QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Salesforce and a proprietary browser extension. The platform surfaces spend, usage, and compliance data to help finance and IT teams manage subscriptions, licenses, renewals, and security, and it automates initial audits and real-time monitoring for GDPR compliance and Shadow IT. The company publicly launched a self-serve platform concurrent with this funding announcement. Intello has reported increased demand from companies needing to comply with the EU GDPR. The company says it has already won the trust of world-class customers. Intello raised $1.3M in seed funding and will use the proceeds to accelerate product development and rapidly expand its engineering team in New York.
