Founded in April 2023, Intersect is the creator of Askhub, an AI agent platform designed to augment enterprise knowledge work. Askhub combines an AI Assistant, an Information Exploration Agent, and an AI Database that recognizes more than 20 file formats and applies OCR for data extraction. Its proprietary Exploration-Augmented Generation (XAG) method iteratively explores internal knowledge bases, aiming to surface highly relevant information beyond conventional RAG techniques. The company offers professional services around the platform, positioning AI agents as long-term, asset-based systems rather than short-term efficiency tools. Newly secured capital will go toward deepening Askhub’s technical foundations and expanding end-to-end implementation support for clients. Intersect has raised a cumulative ¥380 million to date, including the latest pre-Series A financing. Representative Director Takuya Matsumoto leads the organization.
