Inversiva operates a platform that enables passive investment in real estate, aiming to simplify the property investment process into a few clicks. Founded in 2022 by co-CEOs Juanlu Cruz and David García, the company has renovated and placed on the market more than €30 million in real-estate assets in a year and a half. In 2023 it grew revenue tenfold and expects to triple revenue this year, targeting €10 million in turnover. The startup employs about 50 people and is present in Valencia, Málaga, Alicante, Zaragoza, Granada, Valladolid and Reus. With the newly raised resources it will continue developing its technology to further simplify investing and is analysing international expansion to Italy and Portugal. The founders state their mission includes renewing older housing stock to create new housing while helping individual investors monetize their savings simply.
