Founded in 2019 as an initiative of Zubi Labs, CoCircular offers a SaaS platform (360º Advisor) plus technical advisory services to centralise waste management information, improve traceability and support decision-making across the waste value chain. The company has established leadership in the construction sector, working with leading developers, construction companies, major corporate groups and several IBEX 35-listed companies, and plans to expand into industrial and retail sectors. To date it has helped manage more than 6.3 million tonnes of waste and reports a waste recovery rate of 91.45% across materials managed for clients. CoCircular states its model has helped avoid more than 94,010 tonnes of CO₂ emissions and reduced emissions by 19.9% compared with the Spanish average, and that its data indicate a potential 45.6% improvement in on-site waste segregation. The company plans to evolve its platform toward an agentic AI model to automate processes, enhance analytics and improve decision-making, while pursuing a four-year plan to double headcount and increase revenue eightfold.

The founders state their mission includes renewing older housing stock to create new housing while helping individual investors monetize their savings simply.
