Invoice Cycle operates a financing platform that lets small and medium-sized businesses apply for advance payments on outstanding invoices to maintain cash flow. The company has seen traction with SMBs in adtech, SaaS, and manufacturing and has partnered with fintech firms GoCardless and DueDil. Invoice Cycle raised a $4 million seed round led by Germany’s Müller Medien Group, with participation from SeedIL and existing investors. The firm intends to use the new funds for further research and development and to expand its customer base. CEO Gideon Shaw emphasized that waiting for invoice payments should not be a barrier for SMB success. The investment from Müller Medien is expected to open expansion opportunities into Germany through the publisher’s access to tens of thousands of SMBs.
