Kaso provides a B2B platform that digitizes and automates procurement between restaurants and food suppliers to improve efficiency, transparency and reduce food waste. The core product digitizes the relationship between restaurants and suppliers and targets the food supply chain. Kaso currently operates in KSA and the UAE and serves over 5,000 partners in those markets. The company intends to use new funding to expand operations and enhance its technology platform. Management has set a target to achieve a GMV of $1 billion within 12 months. Kaso was founded by Manar Alkassar and Ahmed Soliman.
