Founded in 2022, Yonder offers an integrated platform that lets employers set up and manage Health, Dental, Vision and Pension plans for their teams in minutes. The software connects directly with insurance and investment providers, while an employee-facing app allows staff to create and manage their own benefits. Currently in beta, the product supports integrations with popular HRIS tools such as Personio, Humaans and BambooHR, and companies are being added via a waitlist. The founding team includes CEO Luke Mackey (former Ireland Country Manager at Bolt), CTO Patrick O’Boyle and Director of Engineering Deepak Baliga. With its recent funding, Yonder plans to accelerate product development, hire across engineering, product, go-to-market and commercial functions, and expand further in the UK, Ireland and additional European markets. The company has not yet disclosed revenue or user numbers, but the raise indicates early traction and investor confidence.
