Kwarts developed A-Inside, an AI-driven customer data platform designed to add intelligence and insight to existing CRM systems, primarily for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The platform was developed within a VLAIO project in cooperation with the BIARU cell at Hasselt University and is based on scientific research. While the company focuses on life sciences, the A-Inside platform is agnostic and can be implemented in other sectors. Kwarts has completed projects in Europe and Asia and has a trade mission to the US planned. The current team comprises seven people, and the company plans to hire software developers, data scientists, and commercial profiles to support growth. The fresh funds from the recent round will be used to recruit additional data-minded talent to scale operations.
