66 Franklin Street Suite 300, Oakland, CA, 94607, United States

Overview

Marvin is an interview and user-research tool that plugs into video-conferencing services like Zoom, takes notes during calls, automates scheduling, and turns recordings into searchable insights using keywords and hashtags. The product is designed to help product and design teams surface patterns from customer conversations and share findings across organizations. Thousands of customers, including Lattice and Simon-Kucher, use Marvin and the platform records thousands of minutes of interviews each week. The company launched in 2020 and was founded by brothers Prayag and Chirag Narula; Prayag previously co-founded LeadGenius and guided it through more than $30 million in funding and growth to hundreds of employees. Marvin recently came out of private beta and has grown from zero paid users in Q3 of last year to over a thousand paid users. The company has about 20 employees and is hiring to scale product development and customer growth.
