Overview
MW develops Living Home, a next-generation housing concept that integrates sensors, AI robotics, and a home space OS to enable homes to perceive, judge, and act autonomously under what it calls "Residential Physical AI." The company is advancing robot foundation models, including Vision-Language-Action types, and building a unified home space OS to coordinate distributed devices. MW launched its first project in Tokyo (Himonya), which received purchase applications immediately and generated over 1,000 inquiries; its second project in Fukuoka (Kego) has started sales, and a third project in Kanagawa (Yamate) is constructing three buildings scheduled for completion by the end of June 2026. More than 10 projects are underway across urban, regional, and resort areas. MW was founded in February 2024 and was co-founded by Shuzo Narita (Co-Founder and CEO) and Hikaru Ohno (representative). The company has been selected for AWS Japan’s "Physical AI Development Support Program" and recently secured a cumulative ¥3 billion in seed financing to fund product development, R&D, OS enhancement, and hiring.
