The company applies neural signal processing, speech technologies, and natural language processing to serve clients in Vietnam, Japan, and the United States across financial services, insurance, retail, and telecommunications. Although no revenue or user figures were disclosed, the firm positions itself as an enterprise AI partner and has already secured commercial deployments with multiple international customers. The recent strategic investment from energy major Toho Gas suggests an expansion into Japan’s utilities sector, complementing an earlier MOU between FPT Software and Toho Gas. NamiTech’s ongoing backing from Thien Viet Securities (TVS) provides both equity capital and potential access to venture-debt facilities.
