Nobl9 is a service level observability platform that adds business context to software delivery and enriches data from popular enterprise observability systems. Its hosted SaaS solution enables creation of SLOs using metrics and observability data from 24+ tools, including Lightstep, Cisco AppDynamics, Prometheus, Datadog and New Relic. Customers cited in the announcement include Flexera, Outsystems, Procore, Ticketmaster and Trusted Shops across financial services, ecommerce and SaaS industries. The company recently introduced a perpetual Nobl9 Free Edition and announced SLOconf (May 15-18, 2023) to educate the community on SLO adoption. Nobl9 says it helps bridge business objectives and technology goals to accelerate engineering, set reliability targets, and ensure end-user happiness. The company plans to use new funding to continue building its product, servicing customers, and educating the market about SLOs. Nobl9 builds a platform to help enterprises adopt SLO-driven operations by turning disparate reliability data into measurable Service Level Objectives and error budgets. The product ingests data from varied databases and logs and reduces it to tracked objectives and error budgets. The platform reached general availability after a beta that began the prior year, and early customers include Brex and Adobe. The company positions SLOs as the foundational element of modern SRE practices for Kubernetes and service-based architectures. Nobl9 is currently pre-revenue but has launched its GA product. The team plans to use new funding to advance the product roadmap and expand sales, marketing and customer success headcount.
