The company targets the bottlenecks that slow Germany’s heat-pump adoption—skilled-labour shortages and fragmented installation workflows—by offering structured working conditions and modern software for its specialist teams. nuuEnergy earns revenue from installation projects, long-term maintenance contracts and ancillary offerings such as water-treatment systems and energy consulting. Positioning itself between small craft installers and purely digital platforms, the startup provides end-to-end local service while maintaining efficiency through digitised processes. The founders believe partnerships with cooperative banks can also enable tailored financing for customers’ heating transitions.
