- nuuEnergy
Participated · Seed · Feb 2026
Founded in late 2023 in Munich, nuuEnergy develops regional “hub” businesses that plan, install and service heat-pump systems, using proprietary digital tools and on-site system planners to streamline each project. The company targets the bottlenecks that slow Germany’s heat-pump adoption—skilled-labour shortages and fragmented installation workflows—by offering structured working conditions and modern software for its specialist teams. nuuEnergy earns revenue from installation projects, long-term maintenance contracts and ancillary offerings such as water-treatment systems and energy consulting. Positioning itself between small craft installers and purely digital platforms, the startup provides end-to-end local service while maintaining efficiency through digitised processes. The founders believe partnerships with cooperative banks can also enable tailored financing for customers’ heating transitions. Recent seed funding will be used to launch additional regional hubs and further automate planning and installation workflows.
- Kynda
Led · Seed · Feb 2025
Kynda produces alternative proteins—mycoprotein derived from mushroom mycelium—by fermenting agricultural by-products using proprietary technology. Their process converts underutilized biomass into a protein- and fiber-rich mycoprotein within 24–48 hours. The company supplies a meat-like, umami-flavored ingredient for food and pet food manufacturers and offers low-cost, plug-and-play bioreactors and starter cultures for in-house fermentation. In 2024 Kynda began constructing a large-scale facility in Jelmstorf near Hamburg to produce several thousand tons of "Kynda Meat" annually. That new facility is scheduled to open in Q2 2025 as the company scales to meet growing customer demand. Kynda raised €3M in a Seed round to increase production capacity and accelerate commercialisation of its technology.
- MARCLEY
Participated · Equity · Jul 2024
MARCLEY offers a solar solution for multi-family homes that lets residents benefit from rooftop green electricity at rates the company says are much cheaper than other providers. The service is designed so owners face no investment costs or effort while residents gain access to cost-effective, environmentally friendly power. Founders Florian Schnipkoweit, Florian Schulte, and Friedrich Grimm position MARCLEY as a pioneer in the regulation of the renewable energy industry and in communal building supply. The company says its solution can reduce residents’ annual electricity costs by several hundred euros. Management states the new funding will accelerate deployment of solar for multi-family homes and expand MARCLEY’s leadership in communal building supply. Investors in the round emphasized support for MARCLEY’s hardware-based approach to accelerating the energy transition.

The company raised €2.5m in seed funding and intends to use the proceeds for product development.
