Overview

Founded in 2017, Pergamin offers a contract automation platform that streamlines creation, negotiation, signing, and secure processing of business contracts. The company uses a contract-as-database approach to enable information exchange with other systems (employee, client, and order data). It markets an Employee Contract Platform focused on accelerating and simplifying handling of employment-related documents. Pergamin reports over 130 paying clients, 120,000+ registered users, and roughly 400,000 processed contracts to date. The company says its platform can speed employment-contract workflows by 10x, cut preparation costs by 75%, and recover two-thirds of HR managers’ workloads. With new funding, Pergamin aims to build a global contract automation platform and expand beyond Poland. Pergamin provides a platform for convenient and secure drafting, negotiating, signing, and managing contracts and other legal documents. The startup says its tools can reduce the average contract negotiation and signing process from one week to about 30 minutes. Pergamin supports over 350 clients, including Volvo Trucks and Cushman & Wakefield, and counts over 35,000 registered users and more than 80,000 contracts signed. Founded in 2017 and based in Wrocław, the company was started by Jakub Barwaniec, Piotr Łuczak, and Antoni Wędzikowski. With the new funding, Pergamin is developing the next iteration of its service to handle more complex agreements involving multiple parties and varying compliance requirements. The product roadmap emphasizes tooling to remove repetitive review work and streamline multi-party negotiations. Pergamin is an AI-based platform for data-driven contract management that enables customers to automatically create, negotiate, sign and store contracts and exchange data with CRM and HR tools. The platform includes built-in electronic signature and can automatically verify contractors’ data in external databases to reduce human errors and fraud. It serves enterprises and SMEs in Poland, including large real estate developers such as ECHO Investment, and reports 10,000 active users and 150 customers. Pergamin is implementing a project with Santander Bank as part of the Accelpoint acceleration programme. The company plans to invest in product development — adding new data analytics features that use machine learning — and to expand its team by hiring product specialists and developers. Founded in 2017, Pergamin emphasizes ease of use and security in its product design.
