UForce was incorporated in the United Kingdom in January 2025 by former Ukrainian Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk and People.ai founder Oleg Rogynskyy to aggregate and scale Ukraine’s most battle-tested autonomous systems. The company positions itself as a defense-technology operating platform that contracts directly with governments to deliver complete combat systems under its “Neoprime” model, combining its own products with those of subcontractors. Its portfolio includes the Magura and Mykola-3 unmanned surface vessels, Nemesis strike drones, the R18/R34/R36 bomber drones, Fury ground robots, laser counter-UAS systems, and the Ground Control and SICH command-and-control software suites. Unlike traditional defense contractors that rely on prototypes, UForce offers equipment already proven in active conflict. The firm aims to export these solutions to Ukraine’s allies facing stability threats. UForce has already reached unicorn status, with a valuation exceeding $1 billion following its latest financing. The fresh capital is intended to expand production and accelerate deployment of its autonomous platforms.
- HyperBunker
Led · Seed · Oct 2025
Headquartered in Central Europe, HyperBunker designs and manufactures a hardware-based, network-isolated box that continuously syncs snapshots of an organisation’s most sensitive data while remaining completely offline and unreachable by threat actors or human error. The founders, CEO Boštjan Kirm and CTO Nino Eskič, conceived the product after helping customers recover from more than 50,000 ransomware incidents and seeing attackers routinely destroy connected backups first. Unlike cloud or tape solutions, the HyperBunker unit is software-free and air-gapped, positioning it as a last-line guarantee that data can be restored even if all other defences fail. Early market response has created a production-capacity bottleneck, which the team plans to address with new capital. Near-term priorities include scaling hardware output, expanding deeper into European enterprises, and launching strategically in the US. Following the latest seed round, management disclosed a post-money valuation of €4.8 million, but no revenue or customer count figures were provided.
- mysite.ai
Participated · Seed · Jun 2025
mysite.ai develops a fully autonomous AI assistant that manages a small business’s entire online presence, from websites to marketing. The platform launches with a personal AI website agent that chats with users, writes, designs, and publishes a custom site in minutes with hosting and a custom domain included. It targets very small businesses—local tradespeople, beauty professionals, and solo operators—who lack marketers, developers, or growth teams. The company plans to expand the platform to run AI-managed social media, automated ad campaigns, lead generation, and content creation that adapts in real time to customer behaviour. mys ite.ai was previously known as Codejet and shifted focus away from serving agencies to address small-business owners directly. The recent financing will support product development and growth.
- 1.security
Led · Seed · Feb 2024
1Security is a Polish cybertech startup that offers a SaaS platform addressing permission management for Microsoft 365, including OneDrive and SharePoint. Its solution inventories and manages objects such as groups, files, folders and shared drives while handling internal and external collaborators. The platform aims to mitigate permission creep, improve visibility and control over access rights, and provide collaborative tools. The company launched its permission management product to the general public earlier this year. 1Security was founded by Adam Żaczek and Mateusz Olek. The firm has received investment to support development and enhancement of its AI-driven security capabilities. 1.security builds a user-first SaaS platform to make Microsoft 365 environments safer by bringing visibility, clarity and control to access permissions. The product focuses on permission management for OneDrive and SharePoint objects — groups, files, folders, shared drives — and on managing internal and external collaborators. It aims to mitigate permission creep, improve visibility and control over access rights, and introduce collaborative tools in an easy-to-use interface. 1.security partnered with German cybersecurity firm CISOCON GmbH to combine CISOCON’s expertise and network with 1.security’s product ambitions. The company raised $500K in a pre-seed round from German-Polish VC Sunfish Partners to expand the team and accelerate product development. 1.security positions its solution for the roughly 345 million Microsoft 365 users who face complex access-permission challenges.
- Orbital Matter
Led · Seed · Dec 2023
Orbital Matter is developing in-orbit manufacturing and assembly technology to produce larger solar-panel structures once a satellite is in space, addressing power needs of future megawatt-class constellations and orbital data centers. The company argues that in-space fabrication removes the size constraints imposed by launch vehicle payload volumes. It recently flew a technology demonstrator in orbit, a milestone preceding commercialization. Orbital Matter received a €500,000 grant from the European Innovation Council via the Horizon Europe EIC Pre-Accelerator to advance development and commercialization. The company’s immediate plan is to convert its demonstrator technology into an operational product for the market. The article did not disclose revenue, user metrics, founding year, or location.
