UForce was incorporated in the United Kingdom in January 2025 by former Ukrainian Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk and People.ai founder Oleg Rogynskyy to aggregate and scale Ukraine’s most battle-tested autonomous systems. The company positions itself as a defense-technology operating platform that contracts directly with governments to deliver complete combat systems under its “Neoprime” model, combining its own products with those of subcontractors. Its portfolio includes the Magura and Mykola-3 unmanned surface vessels, Nemesis strike drones, the R18/R34/R36 bomber drones, Fury ground robots, laser counter-UAS systems, and the Ground Control and SICH command-and-control software suites. Unlike traditional defense contractors that rely on prototypes, UForce offers equipment already proven in active conflict. The firm aims to export these solutions to Ukraine’s allies facing stability threats. UForce has already reached unicorn status, with a valuation exceeding $1 billion following its latest financing. The fresh capital is intended to expand production and accelerate deployment of its autonomous platforms.
- Isembard
Participated · Seed · Apr 2025
Founded in 2024 by Alexander Fitzgerald, Isembard operates and franchises factories powered by its proprietary MasonOS platform, which unifies quoting, scheduling, supply-chain, manufacturing, quality control and delivery into a single intelligent operating layer. By automating these processes, the company aims to revive British manufacturing and provide rapid, high-quality component production for sectors including space, defence and robotics. Isembard plans to deploy dozens of software-enabled factories across the UK and expand into Germany, France and Ukraine. The firm targets the opening of 25 factories by the end of 2026 and is actively recruiting engineers across Europe and the United States to support this growth. Its franchise model allows external operators to leverage MasonOS while benefitting from Isembard’s centralized supply-chain and quality systems. Financially, the company closed a $9 million seed round less than a year ago and has now secured a substantial Series A to accelerate expansion. Although revenue figures were not disclosed, the fresh capital underscores strong investor confidence in Isembard’s industrial automation vision.
- Clare&me
Participated · Equity · Aug 2024
Clare&me builds a conversational bot that helps people with anxiety and excessive worry by delivering exercises and therapeutic conversation flows rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy. The chatbot is available 24/7 via phone calls, SMS, and WhatsApp and operates without a human on the line to create a judgement-free zone. It is intended for use in clinical settings and predicts the most helpful conversational intervention for any anxiety-related user problem. Clare guides users through longer exercises by phone and shorter flows over text and voice. The company is led by Emilia Theye and Celina Messner and is based in Berlin, Germany. Clare&me recently raised funding to advance its technology and product roadmap. clare&me offers an AI-based mental health companion that engages users in verbal conversations on smartphones and conveys clinically proven approaches to behavioural therapy. The product is designed to feel human and to increase access to psychological support regardless of location or time. The startup aims to close the gap between demand for therapy and limited treatment capacity, targeting people who lack access to or are reluctant to seek traditional help. The company cites large global burdens of anxiety and depression and notes the pandemic has increased mental-health challenges. The prototype is currently being tested in the UK. The fresh €1 million pre-seed funding will be used to further develop the product and expand the team.

Togather, formerly Feast It, is a UK-based marketplace that connects event planners to a range of suppliers including venues, bars, photographers and florists. The company rebranded after six years to reflect a broader offering beyond its street-food origins. Togather says it will use the extra runway from its fundraising to include a wider spectrum of services for planners on its platform. The business is led by CEO and co‑founder Digby Vollrath, who framed the rebrand around "the coming together of people." The company completed an $8.5 million fundraising, which it plans to deploy to expand its platform and extend runway.
