JR HOLDING is an Alternative Joint Stock Company listed on the NewConnect stock market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2012. When investing in a given project, we invest primarily in people who can manage the company, team, capital and achieve their goals. We consciously don't invest in activities that lack a leader, coordinator, someone who is fully involved in managing the project. Fluence says its lasers enable higher precision and reliability needed for advanced chip and semiconductor manufacturing and other emerging applications. The company plans to accelerate international expansion, scale its business, and broaden application areas including security, space, and military uses. Financially, Fluence recently closed a seed round to fund that international growth and technology development.

The product roadmap emphasizes tooling to remove repetitive review work and streamline multi-party negotiations. Pergamin is an AI-based platform for data-driven contract management that enables customers to automatically create, negotiate, sign and store contracts and exchange data with CRM and HR tools. The platform includes built-in electronic signature and can automatically verify contractors’ data in external databases to reduce human errors and fraud. It serves enterprises and SMEs in Poland, including large real estate developers such as ECHO Investment, and reports 10,000 active users and 150 customers. Pergamin is implementing a project with Santander Bank as part of the Accelpoint acceleration programme. The company plans to invest in product development — adding new data analytics features that use machine learning — and to expand its team by hiring product specialists and developers. Founded in 2017, Pergamin emphasizes ease of use and security in its product design.
