Its technology-driven approach aims to broaden financial inclusion in Latin America, starting with its home market of Colombia. The firm’s scoring solution allows it to underwrite risk more accurately for an often overlooked customer segment. With fresh capital, the company is expected to expand its lending capacity and refine its risk models. To date, Quipu has secured a cumulative US$4.6 million in equity funding, supporting both product development and market expansion.
