Samosa Singh develops reinvented samosas and gourmet snack variants, including kadai paneer, achaari murg, and a trademark chocolate samosa. The company says its products are 56% lower in fat than traditional samosas following over 100,000 hours of R&D. Founded in 2016 and based in Bengaluru, it already has an established presence in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The brand plans aggressive geographic expansion across South India and intends to enter households via a delivery-through-cloud-kitchen model. Management aims to scale operations and increase production capacity, with a target of more than 100 cloud kitchens by the end of 2020.
