Founded in 2022, Sanii offers an integrated ecosystem that combines caregiver recruitment, training, shift management and remote monitoring with sensors and cameras to deliver specialized in-home care for seniors. The platform leverages artificial intelligence to match caregivers with patients, aiming to bring scale and maintain a human touch in a historically informal sector. Sanii currently supports more than 38,000 visits and 450,000 hours of care annually, demonstrating early operating scale. The company plans to expand its footprint to the interior and coastal regions of São Paulo and broaden its service portfolio to cover conditions such as Alzheimer’s and post-stroke recovery. Additional capital will also fund deeper hospital partnerships and further AI development. Sanii is positioning itself at the forefront of the growing “silver economy” in Latin America, where demand for technology-enabled home care continues to rise. Prior to the current raise, the startup secured a R$8 million pre-seed round in 2023, validating investor confidence in its model.
