Overview
Sim&Cure is a med-tech software company dedicated to making neurovascular procedures safer and more effective through personalised simulation technology. Its flagship product, Sim&Size, builds a digital twin of each patient, allowing clinicians to model multiple endovascular treatment scenarios before intervention; the tool has already been used by more than 700 healthcare professionals in over 45 countries to plan upwards of 35,000 procedures. The firm is broadening its offering with Sim&Train, a 3D-printing-based training platform, and Sim&Predict, an AI application that automatically detects cerebral aneurysms on medical images. Partnerships with Siemens Healthineers and Philips aim to integrate these simulation capabilities directly into leading imaging ecosystems. Fresh capital will be channelled into accelerating R&D, expanding the commercial team, and driving international growth, particularly in China and the wider Asia-Pacific region. Although revenue figures were not disclosed, the extensive clinical uptake underscores significant commercial momentum. The company intends to use its growing software portfolio to promote a preventive and personalised approach to aneurysm management worldwide.
