Spatialise is based in Noordwijk, Netherlands and was founded by Soufiane el Khinifri. The company develops an AI-driven soil health monitoring platform that provides insights into key soil components. Its platform uses satellite data and artificial intelligence to analyze nutrients in farmland topsoil, including organic carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. In November 2024 Spatialise secured €350,000 in funding from UNIIQ. The investment will support expansion of its technology and enhancement of the AI-driven soil health monitoring platform. UNIIQ is a €50 million fund managed by InnovationQuarter, Leiden University, Erasmus MC, and TU Delft that focuses on accelerating innovations during the proof-of-concept phase.
