Tally provides a software platform for onchain organizations that began as a DAO governance tool and has evolved into a widely adopted infrastructure stack across Ethereum and Solana. Its product suite supports every phase of an onchain organization's lifecycle: Launch (onboarding users, issuing tokens, distributing power), Operate (treasury management, smart contract upgrades, funding initiatives), and Grow (composable staking extensions to accrue value). Tally powers infrastructure for protocols including Arbitrum, Uniswap DAO, ZKsync, Wormhole, Eigenlayer, Obol, and Hyperlane. The platform currently reaches hundreds of thousands of users onboarded through its launch tools, and collectively these users have moved more than $1 billion in assets using Tally's infrastructure. The company says it will use the new funding to accelerate its mission of becoming the software layer for onchain organizations and to scale its infrastructure for the onchain economy. 1kx noted it has participated in every round since inception, underscoring continued investor support. Tally is developing a governance dashboard aimed at improving transparency and participation in decentralized finance (DeFi) governance. The product focuses on making protocol elections and governance activity easier to understand and act on. The project will initially concentrate on the Compound ecosystem while working with a number of other platforms. Tally says better tooling will help scale decision-making as protocols grow. The firm has received early support including a $50,000 Uniswap grant and has now raised additional external funding. Founder Dennison Bertram has framed the effort as addressing an underdeveloped component of the $44 billion DeFi sector.
