- Clouted
Participated · Seed · May 2026
Clouted builds infrastructure to handle both the creation and distribution strategy for short video clips by coordinating a network of more than 100,000 gig creators to edit content and applying AI to determine ideal platforms and target audiences. Its system runs thousands of experiments—described internally as similar to penetration testing—to identify clipping and distribution approaches that trigger viral performance, and it uses continuous testing loops so campaigns become progressively more targeted and effective. The founder, Justin Banusing, first applied the technology to promote &Friends, a Manila-based festival that now draws over 20,000 attendees. Clouted positions itself against automated clipping competitors like Overlap AI while aiming toward the larger enterprise marketing infrastructure market exemplified by players such as CreatorIQ and Hightouch. The company completed a16z’s Speedrun accelerator in 2024 and is scaling its platform and creator network following its seed raise.
- Nitra
Participated · Series B · Mar 2026
Nitra embeds AI agents into core business functions—payments, procurement, inventory management, scheduling, and insurance verification—giving medical practices a single system to run their back office. Its financial suite includes a Visa-powered expense card, bill pay, patient payment processing, and AI-driven accounting, while its commerce marketplace connects users to thousands of biopharma and medical-supply products through partners like McKesson and Medline. Recently the company added a voice-AI patient management module that handles appointment scheduling and insurance eligibility checks. In 2025 the platform’s annualized revenue jumped from $4 million to more than $33 million on 740 percent growth, and it surpassed $1 billion in annualized processing volume across thousands of doctors in over 700 clinics. December 2025 saw a single-day record of roughly $9 million in purchases. Management expects to serve 3,000+ clinics, top $150 million in annualized revenue, and exceed $4 billion in processing volume during 2026. Founded in 2024 by CEO Tim Hwang and President Jonathan Chen, Nitra plans to expand headcount from about 50 to over 200 and roll out new AI modules for revenue-cycle management, patient marketing, payroll, and staffing.
- AI Hay
Participated · Series A · Oct 2025

- BlokID
Participated · Seed · Jul 2025
Vaudit is a real-time AI audit engine that monitors advertising campaigns 24/7, detects billing anomalies, and generates legally defensible audit evidence to help businesses recover wasted ad spend. The platform reconciles reported ad spend with actual billing from vendors like Google and Meta and produces structured reports to flag irregularities, dispute charges, and pursue refunds. Since launching late last year, Vaudit supports 1,000+ customers worldwide, has audited more than 558 million advertising events, and is auditing over $150 million in annualized ad spend. The company reports in some cases recording up to 30% in monthly overcharges for customers when reconciling billed traffic. Vaudit, formerly BlokID, plans to accelerate development of agentic workflows to automatically optimize ad spend, refine its AI models to increase anomaly-detection precision, and expand coverage to mobile in-app traffic and platforms such as TikTok, X, and Amazon. The company also appointed Piotr Korzeniowski as COO to focus on product development and scaling operations. BlokID builds blockchain-powered privacy protection solutions aimed at the digital advertising ecosystem, providing an independent, immutable source of truth for ad verification and attribution. Its platform enables advertisers to verify ads, run attribution audits, and guarantee privacy with bonded privacy insurance through one-click campaigns. The company integrates with Google, Facebook, DV360, Xandr, and The Trade Desk to support advertisers and agencies. BlokID plans to roll out Google Analytics plug-ins and Financial Identity features to further empower users and safeguard information. Founded in July 2023 and led by CEO Michael Hahn, the company intends to use the seed funds to accelerate product development, focus on user acquisition, and begin market expansion. It targets a product launch by Q2 2024.
- Tally
Led · Series A · Apr 2025
Tally provides a software platform for onchain organizations that began as a DAO governance tool and has evolved into a widely adopted infrastructure stack across Ethereum and Solana. Its product suite supports every phase of an onchain organization's lifecycle: Launch (onboarding users, issuing tokens, distributing power), Operate (treasury management, smart contract upgrades, funding initiatives), and Grow (composable staking extensions to accrue value). Tally powers infrastructure for protocols including Arbitrum, Uniswap DAO, ZKsync, Wormhole, Eigenlayer, Obol, and Hyperlane. The platform currently reaches hundreds of thousands of users onboarded through its launch tools, and collectively these users have moved more than $1 billion in assets using Tally's infrastructure. The company says it will use the new funding to accelerate its mission of becoming the software layer for onchain organizations and to scale its infrastructure for the onchain economy. 1kx noted it has participated in every round since inception, underscoring continued investor support. Tally is developing a governance dashboard aimed at improving transparency and participation in decentralized finance (DeFi) governance. The product focuses on making protocol elections and governance activity easier to understand and act on. The project will initially concentrate on the Compound ecosystem while working with a number of other platforms. Tally says better tooling will help scale decision-making as protocols grow. The firm has received early support including a $50,000 Uniswap grant and has now raised additional external funding. Founder Dennison Bertram has framed the effort as addressing an underdeveloped component of the $44 billion DeFi sector.
