Terra Mobility combines consumer-facing marketplaces (Busbud, Buson and Recorrido) with TerraOS, an enterprise software platform that supports operational activities for bus companies and other ground transportation operators. Together its marketplaces connect more than 100 million travelers annually with over 4,000 operators across more than 190 countries. Approximately 300 operators in over 15 countries use the company’s enterprise products. The company employs 270 people across 26 countries. Management intends to position TerraOS as the technology backbone for a fragmented ground travel market and to leverage the combination of consumer distribution and operator software to better connect traveler demand with operator systems. Terra Mobility plans to use new capital to accelerate TerraOS development (including AI capabilities), expand marketplace reach and pursue selective acquisitions.
