The Baker’s Dozen is a Mumbai-based D2C bakery founded in 2013 by Sneh Jain and Aditi Handa, offering around 55 products including sourdough bread, cakes, cookies and crackers. Current operating metrics include monthly revenue of about Rs 5 crore and an ARR of Rs 60–70 crore, and the firm anticipates reaching EBITDA breakeven by April–May. The recent $5 million pre-Series A, raised in a mix of debt and equity and led by Fireside Ventures, will be used for product innovation, team building, brand marketing, distribution expansion and ramping up its tech play.
