Think Bioscience leverages a proprietary synthetic biology platform to identify previously hidden binding pockets on proteins that have long been considered undruggable. By coupling high-throughput functional surveys with protein biophysics, enzymology, and computational chemistry, the company designs first-in-class small molecules across a wide array of target classes, including transcription factors, phosphatases, kinases, proteases, and GTPases. Its lead program addresses mutant proteins that drive Noonan syndrome, a genetic disorder affecting roughly 1 in 2,500 births and currently lacking disease-modifying therapies.
