Tundr
Alzaia Naviglio Pavese 78/3, Milano, MI, 20142, Italy
Overview
Founded in 2022 by Giorgio Seveso, Jules Arthur Sastre, and Luca Milesi, Tundr aims to set a new standard for corporate welfare in Italy through a digital-first platform that lets employers design and manage fringe and flexible benefit plans in a few clicks. Central to the offering is the Tundr Card, which runs on the Mastercard network and can be used at more than 70,000 Italian points of sale, giving employees an easy, legally compliant way to spend their welfare credits. The product’s user experience has already enabled over €20 million in welfare credits to be issued, with usage rates above 95%. The company has onboarded more than 400 clients across logistics, HR, fashion, e-commerce, and manufacturing, and operates with a 30-person team in Milan and Lecce. Tundr also screens merchants on ESG parameters, encouraging employees to support responsible businesses. Fresh capital will be used to scale the platform and deepen penetration of the Italian market, while continuing to expand its ecosystem of merchants and benefit categories.
