UpSurgeOn is led by CEO and co-founder Federico Nicolosi and has secured over €8M in total institutional funding following the latest €5M round.

Key product features include Tutor AI, which creates adaptive study paths tailored to each student’s progress, and Smart Lesson Booking, which lets learners schedule driving lessons near their homes with certified instructors. The platform emphasizes accessibility, flexibility, and user control, while still providing on-demand support. With fresh funding, Guidoio plans to enhance its e-learning tools, build additional digital resources for instructors, and deepen its AI capabilities. Commercially, the company aims to extend operations to more than 30 Italian cities by the end of 2026. To support this growth, it will expand its team across key functions such as product, engineering, and operations.

Founded in 2021 by Silvia Wang and Daniele Francescon, Serenis operates an online, medically-licensed platform that matches patients with 2,500 experienced psychologists, psychiatrists and nutritionists. After going live in 2022, the company grew revenue from €2 million that year to €12 million in 2023 and €25 million in 2024, and it projects surpassing €40 million in 2025. To date, Serenis has facilitated 1.5 million therapy sessions for consumers and for 250 enterprise customers via its Serenis Business offering, which counts Nestlé, Banca Sella, Satispay and Leroy Merlin among its clients. The company is extending its product suite with Serenis Nutrizione for eating disorders, opening physical Serenis Studio clinics in Milan and Rome, and rolling out Scribe AI, a GDPR-compliant tool that generates instant session summaries. Serenis employs 65 people and plans to add 30 more in the next year. Its mission is to make high-quality mental and physical wellbeing services more accessible by combining clinical rigor with proprietary technology.

It collaborates with several universities and research institutions to advance sustainable packaging products and processes. The company is positioning its technology across sectors including food service, electronics, pharmaceuticals and perfumery. Its industrial plan, 'Back to (H)Earth!', targets a state-of-the-art production facility and an R&D area to build an integrated 'field to pack to field' supply chain. Financially, AlterEco recently closed a €3.5 million Seed round to accelerate production and commercialization efforts.

The company has onboarded more than 400 clients across logistics, HR, fashion, e-commerce, and manufacturing, and operates with a 30-person team in Milan and Lecce. Tundr also screens merchants on ESG parameters, encouraging employees to support responsible businesses. Fresh capital will be used to scale the platform and deepen penetration of the Italian market, while continuing to expand its ecosystem of merchants and benefit categories.
