  • Kampaay

    Participated · Equity · Mar 2026

Kampaay provides a technology platform that transforms the way companies plan, organize and manage corporate events. The company began by digitalizing an otherwise highly analog industry and now aims to infuse artificial-intelligence capabilities to make event planning more efficient and data-driven. According to CEO and co-founder Daniele Arduini, the Italian corporate events market is sizeable and in strong need of efficiency, which Kampaay targets with its end-to-end solution. With new capital, the team intends to expand its reach to an ever-growing number of Italian enterprises while advancing AI technologies that will further automate budgeting, supplier coordination and overall event execution. The recent financing serves as the “fuel” for this next stage of product evolution and market penetration. The company has just secured more than €2 million in fresh equity; no additional revenue or user metrics were disclosed in the article.

  • AutoConnexa

    Participated · Equity · Feb 2026

AutoConnexa positions itself as a distribution partner for RCA (mandatory auto liability) policies, offering banks, insurers, and eventually telecom and automotive players a new, data-driven revenue stream. Its hardware sensor, mounted inside the vehicle, and the Drive Connexa mobile app collect real-time driving data that feed proprietary AI algorithms to calculate individual risk profiles and reward safe, sustainable driving with lower premiums. The company’s value chain is anchored on road safety and environmental sustainability, encapsulated in the motto, “The better you drive, the less you pay, the less you pollute.” AutoConnexa plans to scale its technology across additional industrial sectors while helping incumbents modernize without disrupting their existing structures. The startup has now raised more than €6 million in total funding, including SAFE notes placed earlier, to accelerate commercial expansion and product development. Leadership remains with founder and CEO Robin Daina, and the board includes seasoned insurance executives alongside new investor representative Davide Fioranelli.

  • Serenis

    Participated · Series A · Sep 2025

Founded in 2021 by Silvia Wang and Daniele Francescon, Serenis operates an online, medically-licensed platform that matches patients with 2,500 experienced psychologists, psychiatrists and nutritionists. After going live in 2022, the company grew revenue from €2 million that year to €12 million in 2023 and €25 million in 2024, and it projects surpassing €40 million in 2025. To date, Serenis has facilitated 1.5 million therapy sessions for consumers and for 250 enterprise customers via its Serenis Business offering, which counts Nestlé, Banca Sella, Satispay and Leroy Merlin among its clients. The company is extending its product suite with Serenis Nutrizione for eating disorders, opening physical Serenis Studio clinics in Milan and Rome, and rolling out Scribe AI, a GDPR-compliant tool that generates instant session summaries. Serenis employs 65 people and plans to add 30 more in the next year. Its mission is to make high-quality mental and physical wellbeing services more accessible by combining clinical rigor with proprietary technology.

  • Vitesy

    Led · Equity · Dec 2023

Vitesy is a cleantech startup that develops green, intelligent solutions for people’s wellbeing, with Shelfy as its flagship product to combat food waste. Founded in 2016 by Paolo Ganis, Alessio D’Andrea and Vincenzo Vitiello, the company emphasizes technological innovation and market expansion. In 2023 Vitesy sold more than 12,000 Shelfy units across 80 countries and collected over €1 million in preorders via Indiegogo and Kickstarter. The company has raised a total of €10 million to date and recently secured an additional €3.2 million to further product development and scaling. Founders have retained about 80% of the equity and the firm maintains an employee stock option plan. Vitesy plans to use the new capital to boost R&D and push Shelfy into strategic markets in Europe, the US and Canada while continuing cleantech innovation. Vitesy develops IoT devices that purify and monitor indoor air by combining nature, nanomaterials, technology and design. Its product lineup includes Eteria, a compact filterless air purifier sold via ecommerce, and Natede Smart, and the company is rolling out a flowerpot that purifies indoor air. Eteria has already generated €1 million in pre-orders in 40 days. Vitesy raised €2.6 million in bridge funding to accelerate commercial expansion and the rollout of three new products. The company previously raised €1.2 million last year. Management says the funds will also be used to develop new partnerships as it targets the growing air-treatment and indoor-plant markets, estimated at $33 billion globally by 2023. Vitesy produces smart IoT devices that monitor and eliminate indoor air pollution using a combination of phytoremediation, photocatalysis and proprietary software. Its hardware is built on three technologies: plants to filter pollutants, a photocatalytic nanomaterial effective at killing viruses and bacteria, and algorithms that process sensor air-quality data. The company’s team of scientists, engineers and designers is developing Eteria, a portable at-home consumer purifier designed for living spaces and available for pre-order on IndieGogo. Vitesy raised €1.2 million in bridge funding, a mix of equity and debt, to accelerate commercial distribution and Eteria's development. Doorway led the round via its online investment platform, business angels also participated, and a €200,000 bridging loan completed the financing. Founded in 2015, co-founder and CEO Paolo Ganis framed the raise as proof that hardware startups are possible in Italy. Clairy makes a smart flowerpot that leverages real plants plus a technology unit with sensors to measure indoor pollution and connect to smartphones to communicate real-time data. The pots are handmade in Venetian ceramic. The company was created by Paolo Ganis, Alessio D’Andrea and Vincenzo Vitiello and is based in Pordenone, Italy. Clairy has previously raised over $370k via Kickstarter and Indiegogo and spent three months in Silicon Valley with the Plug and Play accelerator. It plans to launch a new Kickstarter campaign by the end of March 2018. The recently awarded funds will be used mainly for research and development and to hire talent.

  • Eggtronic

    Participated · Series B · Dec 2022

Eggtronic develops mixed-signal controller integrated circuits and power-conversion and wireless-power transfer solutions aimed at high power-density and sustainable applications. The company completed in-house development of its ICs and launched an ICs division in 2020, producing its first microchips since 2021. Eggtronic holds more than 320 international patents and reports millions of units shipped to date. The new funding is intended to support mass production, double the size of its global team, accelerate its semiconductor development roadmap, and expand research and engineering resources. The company was founded in 2012 and has offices in San Francisco, Modena, Taipei, and Guangzhou. Its technologies target reduced energy use, smaller product size, and enabling high-power wireless transfer with efficiency comparable to corded adapters. Eggtronic designs power electronics and wireless charging products and is developing data-over-power technologies intended for both consumer markets and B2B IC customers. It sells consumer chargers (including a sleek laptop charger and stone-shaped wireless chargers) and makes power-electronics components and white-labeled products for other brands. The company plans to scale by building an integrated circuits division at its research laboratories to produce ICs other manufacturers can use. Management says consumer and white-labeled products generate revenue that is reinvested into R&D to advance its capacitive wireless charging roadmap. Eggtronic has demonstrated capacitive wireless charging and data-over-power demos (smartphone in 2015, TV in 2017, two laptops in 2020) and claims the tech can match USB 3 speeds wirelessly. It operates offices and production facilities in the U.S., Italy and China and has filed several patents around capacitive power converters.
