Uptiq develops Qore, an AI orchestration platform that bundles document intelligence, financial reasoning skills, multi-agent workflows, and secure integrations into a single, compliance-ready system for regulated financial institutions. Its pre-packaged applications power commercial lending, covenant monitoring, advisor onboarding, compliance documentation, underwriting, and other banking and wealth-management workflows. More than 140 financial institutions—including Focus Financial Partners, Alpha Modus, Orion, Broadridge, Nano Banc, and TransPecos Banks—use Uptiq, and the platform has processed over $1 billion in transactions. Reported customer outcomes include underwriting decisions up to 41 % faster, 29 % lower operational costs, and double the volume of loan applications processed without adding staff. With its new capital, the company will expand Qore into a self-serve platform so internal bank teams and external developers can prototype and deploy financial AI solutions in days. Longer-term, Uptiq intends to foster an ecosystem of SMB and consumer-facing applications built on Qore that come with built-in compliance and risk controls.
