  • UPTIQ

    Participated · Series B · Feb 2026

Uptiq develops Qore, an AI orchestration platform that bundles document intelligence, financial reasoning skills, multi-agent workflows, and secure integrations into a single, compliance-ready system for regulated financial institutions. Its pre-packaged applications power commercial lending, covenant monitoring, advisor onboarding, compliance documentation, underwriting, and other banking and wealth-management workflows. More than 140 financial institutions—including Focus Financial Partners, Alpha Modus, Orion, Broadridge, Nano Banc, and TransPecos Banks—use Uptiq, and the platform has processed over $1 billion in transactions. Reported customer outcomes include underwriting decisions up to 41 % faster, 29 % lower operational costs, and double the volume of loan applications processed without adding staff. With its new capital, the company will expand Qore into a self-serve platform so internal bank teams and external developers can prototype and deploy financial AI solutions in days. Longer-term, Uptiq intends to foster an ecosystem of SMB and consumer-facing applications built on Qore that come with built-in compliance and risk controls. The company is headquartered in Dallas and led by founder and CEO Snehal Fulzele.

  • RapidFort

    Participated · Series A · Feb 2026

RapidFort delivers a modern software supply chain security platform built for the AI era. The solution embeds continuous vulnerability analysis, automated remediation, hardening, and protection directly into CI/CD workflows so issues are fixed as code ships. Its catalog of hardened, near-zero-CVE container images across major Linux distributions and runtime intelligence can shrink attack surfaces by up to 90 percent without requiring code changes. The platform is built for regulated environments, supporting FedRAMP, CMMC, ATO, CRA, and NIS2 compliance with auditable security controls. Management reports "accelerating revenue momentum" as organizations shift from reactive scanning to continuous elimination of risk, though no specific revenue figures were disclosed. Proceeds from the Series A will fund go-to-market expansion, deeper enterprise integrations, and further product innovation around automated remediation and continuous attack surface reduction.

  • Palla

    Participated · Series A · May 2025

Palla operates a platform that enables partners to embed real-time international payments into existing digital channels via APIs, white-label apps, and embeddable components. The product allows financial institutions to offer international payments directly within their native applications or via Palla’s hosted infrastructure. Palla has established partnerships with more than 30 financial institutions and distribution partners, and expects additional partners to launch before year-end representing a combined end-customer base of over 150 million individuals across LATAM and the Caribbean. The company announced a $14.5 million Series A and will use the funding to broaden existing payment corridors, expand into new sending and receiving corridors, and introduce additional product lines and money-movement mechanisms. Leadership changes tied to the round include the addition of David Golden and Heidi Miller to Palla’s board, supporting planned growth and global expansion.

  • Scout AI

    Participated · Seed · Apr 2025

Scout AI develops vision-language-action-based AI models and command-and-control software for military autonomous vehicles and drones. Its flagship model effort, "Fury," is being trained to operate and command assets for logistical missions and, in time, weaponized systems; the company also projects a command product called "Ox" for soldier-facing orchestration of multiple platforms. Scout conducts real-world training at a range it calls Foundry on a U.S. military base, using ATVs and drones to generate reinforcement learning data and to test agents in challenging off-road conditions. The startup participates in Army experiments—its technology is among vendors used by the 1st Cavalry Division—and has active contracts with DARPA and the Army Applications Laboratory. Scout says it currently builds on pretrained models from major hyperscalers while planning to invest its capital in training and compute to develop its own foundation models.

  • Mesh

    Participated · Series B · Mar 2025

Founded in 2020 and based in San Francisco, Mesh operates a crypto payments and settlement layer—branded SmartFunding—that routes payments across wallets, chains and assets so merchants receive instant stablecoins or local currency. The company reports reaching 900 million users through integrations with exchanges, wallets and financial platforms and counts partners such as Ripple, Paxos and Rain; it added support for Ripple’s dollar stablecoin and an integration with Apple Pay. Financially, Mesh had raised over $200 million prior to the reported round, including a $82 million Series B in March 2025 and a $75 million Series C on January 27, 2026 that brought it to a $1.0 billion valuation. Axios reports Binance is preparing to lead a new financing that could value Mesh at up to $2.0 billion, a move described as strategically focused on payments infrastructure rather than token trading. When announcing its Series C, Mesh said it would deploy capital to expand in Latin America, Asia and Europe, with India highlighted as a priority market.
