Overview
Veego provides a data platform for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) that continuously measures user engagement with web-based devices and services to optimize internet experience in the connected home. The platform offers visibility, scoring and assessments to rank a user's quality of experience in the context of the service being consumed and its connectivity needs. Veego's analytics aim to identify root causes for streaming breaks, low-resolution video, poor audio, gaming latency, dropped calls and other connected-home problems so they can be rectified before they occur. The company is led by Co-Founder and CEO Amir Kotler and is based in New York City. Veego closed a $13m Series A and intends to use the funds to enhance its machine-learning models that deliver real-time analytical capabilities across multiple use cases. The company also plans to expand its reach globally. Veego develops AI technology that deploys on smart hubs, routers and IoT devices to automatically detect, analyze and repair connected‑home device and system problems before customers notice them. The company plans to use the $5M seed funding to boost product development and expand market presence in autonomous support for routers, smart hubs, gateways and edge devices. Veego says it is ready to deliver its autonomous malfunction detection, analysis and repair technology to Internet Service Providers and smart‑hub manufacturers this summer. It is also developing technologies to be embedded in smart devices to enable visibility into IoT device performance. The seed round was backed by Robert Bosch Venture Capital GmbH, State of Mind Ventures and North First Ventures. The company was founded by Amir Kotler, Denis Sirov and Reffael Caspi and is based in Ramat Gan, Israel.
