The company delivers a patent-pending net operating income guarantee and a machine-learning underwriting engine that underwrite performance and reduce investor risk. Home365 manages more than $1.5B in investment assets across 7,000 properties in 17 cities and seven states and runs a Market-Network of over 5,000 maintenance vendors. Tens of millions of dollars are processed monthly via its accounting platform to generate live income statements and app-based ledgers for residents. The platform automates labor-intensive maintenance, financial transactions, property accounting and tenant communications to reduce errors and profit loss. Home365 plans to deepen platform functionality and expand to multiple new U.S. metros (including Chicago, Seattle and Phoenix) and build international channels. The company is based in Silicon Valley with an R&D center in Tel-Aviv and an operations hub in Lancaster, PA. Home365 offers a fully automated property-management platform coupled with a Net Operating Income (NOI) Guarantee that underwrites operating expenses and guarantees asset performance. The company uses a proprietary claims and property-management platform to automate labor-intensive processes, AP/AR, accounting and communications. A machine-learning, patent-pending underwriting engine predicts maintenance, repairs and resident events and generates a fixed monthly premium fee that guarantees NOI. Home365 announced the acquisition of SlateHouse Property Management and Realty and installed SlateHouse co-founders in senior growth and operations roles to support scaling. The company manages 7,000 units across six states, with local offices in 14 major metro areas, and the properties it manages are worth more than $1 billion. It intends to use new funds to accelerate its end-to-end technology platform and expand into more of the top 100 U.S. markets, targeting growth to over 100,000 units under management in the next few years.

Founded in 2020 by Asaf Seri and Ayal Leibowitz after selling Modelity Technologies to the German LPA, the company is piloting its system in a number of banks in Israel and abroad. Futora raised $6 million in funding in a round led by TAU Ventures with participation from North First Ventures, J‑Ventures and Sergio Fogel. The company intends to use the funds for ongoing product development and to build out sales processes in Europe and the U.S.

Veego's analytics aim to identify root causes for streaming breaks, low-resolution video, poor audio, gaming latency, dropped calls and other connected-home problems so they can be rectified before they occur. The company is led by Co-Founder and CEO Amir Kotler and is based in New York City. Veego closed a $13m Series A and intends to use the funds to enhance its machine-learning models that deliver real-time analytical capabilities across multiple use cases. The company also plans to expand its reach globally. Veego develops AI technology that deploys on smart hubs, routers and IoT devices to automatically detect, analyze and repair connected‑home device and system problems before customers notice them. The company plans to use the $5M seed funding to boost product development and expand market presence in autonomous support for routers, smart hubs, gateways and edge devices. Veego says it is ready to deliver its autonomous malfunction detection, analysis and repair technology to Internet Service Providers and smart‑hub manufacturers this summer. It is also developing technologies to be embedded in smart devices to enable visibility into IoT device performance. The seed round was backed by Robert Bosch Venture Capital GmbH, State of Mind Ventures and North First Ventures. The company was founded by Amir Kotler, Denis Sirov and Reffael Caspi and is based in Ramat Gan, Israel.
